ADC names new chairman, reappoints vice-chairman

Al Ahsa Development Co.’s (ADC) board of directors appointed today Abdulrahman Balghonaim as chairman and Saad Al-Shammary as vice-chairman for the new three-year term that started today, the firm said in a bourse statement.

 

The board also formed the investment committee, as well as the nominations and remunerations committee.

 

An ordinary general assembly meeting had approved the members of the auditing committee back in April 23, 2019.

 

It also appointed the board secretary and the company representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA), the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) and the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa).
