National Learning to discuss 8% cash dividend on Dec. 25

National Company for Learning and Education’s (NCLE) shareholders will, on Dec. 25, discuss the board’s recommendation on paying cash dividend at 8%, or SAR 0.8 per share for the fiscal year ending Aug. 31, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders, on August 31, 2020, will vote on authorizing the board to pay quarterly or semi-annual dividends.

 

They will also vote on directing SAR 109.4 million worth of IPO proceeds allocated for financing Qasr II projects to purchasing the entire shares of Al Ghad Schools, Al-Khwarizmi Co. for Education, in addition financing Al Qairawan Educational Campus Facilities project.
