SAIC to receive SAR 9 mln dividend from an affiliate

Saudi Advanced Industries Co. (SAIC) said that the board of directors of its 31.62% affiliate, Deutsche Gulf Finance, recommended a SAR 0.5 per share cash dividend for the fiscal year 2019.

 

SAIC’s share of the dividend will be SAR 9.09 million, the company added in a bourse statement.

 

The dividend is pending approval from the affiliate’s general assembly.
