West Avenue mall temporarily closes, except supermarkets, pharmacies: Mulkia Gulf REIT

Mulkia Investment Co., fund manager of Mulkia Gulf Real Estate REIT, announced the temporary closure of the West Avenue Mall excluding pharmacies and supermarkets, according to a bourse filing.

 

It added that the closure falls in line with the government’s directives to temporarily close shopping malls across the Kingdom as a precautionary measure to control the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).

 

The relevant financial impact cannot be assessed at present, the statement also said.
