Zoujaj limits assembly meeting participation to e-voting on the back of coronavirus

The National Company for Glass Industries (Zoujaj) invited its shareholders to participate in the general assembly meeting through electronic voting from March 29 until April 1, 2020, the company said in a bourse statement.

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) issued circular earlier enabling shareholders to participate and vote on related meeting agenda through Tadawulaty system in line with the government’s effort to prevent spread of coronavirus (Covid-19).
