Lazurde Company for Jewelry’s board of directors approved naming Bandar Talaat Hamooh as an independent board member, effective from March 18, 2020 until the end of the current term on April 25, 2021.
The decision is pending the approval of general assembly, the firm said in a bourse statement.
The step followed the resignation of the board member Selim Chidiac.
