National Medical Care Co. (Care) will adopt electronic voting for its ordinary general meeting that will be held on April 15, 2020, according to a bourse filing on Monday.

The step followed the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) directives enabling shareholders to participate and vote on related meeting agenda through Tadawulaty System in line with the government’s efforts to prevent spread of coronavirus (Covid-19).

Earlier this month, the healthcare provider invited its shareholders to vote on a 20% cash dividend, at SAR 2 per share, for the fiscal year 2019, according to data compiled by Argaam.
