Arab Sea says COVID-19 precautionary measures affected direct selling

Arab Sea Information System Co. (Arab Sea) said its direct selling was impacted by the government’s precautionary measures to curb the spread of coronavirus, the company said in a bourse filing on Sunday.

 

The company also expected the precautionary measures to have an impact on the financial results.

 

The company added that that some of its departments are still providing services to clients remotely, while its e-platforms are operating normally.

 

The company is unable to assess the financial impact of the precautionary measures at present and any further developments will be announced in due course.
