Saudi Aramco to announce Q1 2020 dividends on May 12

The Saudi Arabian Oil Co. (Saudi Aramco) will disclose Q1 2020 financial results and dividends before the start of trading on Tuesday, May 12.

The giant oil producer said it will host the next audio webcast to discuss H1 2020 financial results.

Saudi Aramco has previously paid a cash dividend of SAR 14.76 billion, or SAR 0.0738 per share for the period from Dec. 5 to the date IPO shares were allocated to investors, through Dec. 31, 2019.

For the current year, the giant oil producer plans to declare aggregate ordinary cash dividends of at least $75 billion, to be paid quarterly, subject to the board of directors’ approval and according to its IPO prospectus.
