MESC says COVID-19 measures to negatively impact revenues

Middle East Specialized Cables Co. (MESC) said that the government’s precautionary measures to contain the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak will have a negative impact on the revenues of the firm and its subsidiaries.

 

The company said in a statement to Tadawul that it is presently difficult to assess the financial impact of the measures, adding any developments will be disclosed in a timely manner.

 

On the private sector’s support packages, MESC said it is working closely with relevant authorities to identify the support mechanism and feasibility.
