Saudi Re shareholders elect new board for 3-year term

Saudi Re for Cooperative Reinsurance Co.’s (Saudi Re) shareholders approved during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM), held on May 10, electing a new board of directors for the upcoming 3-year term, starting from May 11, 2020, until May 10, 2023, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The new board members are Hisham Abdulmalik Al-Shaikh, Fahad Abdulrahman Al-Hesni, Dr. Peter F. Hugger, Ahmed Sabbagh, Marc Maupoux, Meshari Al Hussain, Jean-Luc Gourgeon, Mohammad Al Otaibi and Hussam Alsuwailem.

 

In addition, shareholders approved the audit committee formation for the new 3-year term.

 

The audit committee includes Hisaham A. Alakil, Abdullah A. Al Farraj, Dr. Peter F. Hugger and Tarik H. Zaino.
