Al Ahsa shareholders to vote on name change, headquarters’ relocation on June 25

Al Ahsa Development Co.’s shareholders are set to vote on amending Articles 2 and 5 of the company’s bylaws, during an extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) to be held on June 25, 2020.

 

According to a bourse filing, the bylaws are related to changing the company’s name to Ayan Investment Co. and relocation of its headquarters from Al Ahsa to Al Khobar.

 

Shareholders will participate and vote on the meeting agenda items through Tadawulaty system as of June 21, as per the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) circular issued on March 16, in line with the government’s efforts to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
