Al-Omran Industrial appoints new audit committee member

Al-Omran Industrial Trading Co. approved the resignation of Omran Al-Omran, an audit committee member, and appointed Mohmad Al-Hoshan to replace him for the current three-year board term, according to a bourse statement.

Al-Hoshan holds bachelor's degree of accounting with an extensive experience in fields of accounting and auditing.

The appointment decision is subject to the approval of the upcoming ordinary general meeting (OGM).
