SAPTCO appoints new finance ministry representative to board

Saudi Public Transport Co.’s (SAPTCO) board of directors accepted the resignation of board member Alaa Alfadda (non-executive), as he is no longer affiliated to the Ministry of Finance.

 

The board of directors appointed Mohammed Al-Sheikh (non-executive) as a representative of the finance ministry, effective July 22 until the end of the current board term, SAPTCO said in a bourse statement on Thursday.
