Al-Jouf Agricultural reshuffles nomination, remuneration committee

Al-Jouf Agricultural Development Co.’s board of directors recommended the restructure of the nomination and remuneration committee, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The new restructure will be effective for the three-year term ending March 21, 2021, the statement added.
