Arab Sea’s board approves launch of digital payments unit

Arab Sea Information Systems Co.’s (Arab Sea) board of directors approved, on Sept. 17, the setting up of Riyadh-headquartered digital payments limited liability company.  

 

The company said in a bourse statement that the new firm will be a wholly-owned unit, after obtaining the required regulatory approvals.
