Lazurde submits capital increase file to CMA

Lazurde Co. for Jewelry on Thursday, Dec. 24, 2020, submitted its request to increase capital through rights issue to the Capital Market Authority (CMA), the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The company seeks to increase its share capital by SAR 145 million, to SAR 575 million, by offering through rights issue 14.5 million new ordinary shares.

 

Any updates regarding the capital increase processes will be announced in a timely manner, the statement added.

 

On Dec. 7, 2020, Lazurde’s board of directors recommended increasing the company’s capital by SAR 145 million instead of SAR 143.33 million through offering rights issue shares.
