Lazurde to vote on reducing board seats to 7 for upcoming term on Jan. 20

Lazurde Company for Jewelry's shareholders will vote to amend Article No. 18 of company’s bylaws, to reduce the number of available seats in the board of directors to seven from nine, for the next board term on April 26, 2021, during the extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) to be held on Jan. 20, 2021. 

 

Shareholders will vote on the agenda items of the EGM through Tadawulaty from Jan. 16, 2021, it added.
