Saudi Chemical Co. (SCC) announced that the board of directors accepted today, Jan. 25, the resignation of Khaled Al-Taweel from his position as independent board member and chairman of the nomination and remuneration committee.
The resignation takes effect today, Jan. 25, 2021, the company said, adding that the resignation was submitted due to personal reasons.
SCC appointed non-executive board member, Abdul-Rahman Alyemni, as chairman of the nomination and remuneration committee, until the end of the board term on Dec. 31, 2021.
