Tadawul: Alkhabeer REIT goes ex-dividend today

Units of Alkhabeer REIT Fund have their ex-dividend today, Feb. 16, 2021.

 

Last month, Alkhabeer Capital announced the distribution of 1.25% cash dividend to Alkhabeer REIT Fund’s unitholders for the fourth quarter of 2020, at SAR 0.125 per unit, amounting to SAR 12.87 million to be distributed. 

 

The payout date is within 30 business days.
