Raydan Food appoints new audit committee member

Raydan Food Co.'s board of directors accepted the resignation of Zahir Fadel Alsayed Aldabi from the audit committee, to meet governance requirements, as of today, Feb. 16, 2021.

The board of directors also approved the appointment of Amjad Khalid Sami Kutbi as a member of the audit committee until the end of the current term of the board of directors.

The board approval will be subject to the approval of the general assembly.
