Bank Albilad shareholders authorize board to pay interim dividend for 2021

Bank Albilad’s shareholders approved authorizing the board to pay interim dividend for 2021 on a quarterly or semi-annual basis, during the company's ordinary general meeting held on April 11, 2021.

 

The company said in a bourse statement that shareholders also endorsed the audited financial statements, and board and audit reports for 2020.

 

They approved the rest of the items on the agenda.
