AlAhli REIT Fund names new board member

AlAhli REIT Fund (1) appointed Hathal AlOtaibi, as a non-independent board member, effective as of April 26, 2021, fund manager, NCB Capital, said in a bourse filing.

 

The fund’s board of directors includes Abdulrahman Al Rashid, chairman, Mohammed AlOyaidi, a board member, Mohammed Al-Saqqaf, a non-independent member and others, the statement added.
