Watani Steel shareholders approve board, auditor reports for 2020

Watani Iron Steel Co.’s shareholders approved the board and auditor reports, as well as financial statements for 2020, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on May 31, 2021.

 

Shareholders also approved appointing an external auditor to review financial statements for 2021 and 2022.

 

Meanwhile, they discharged the company’s board of directors from liabilities for 2020.
