SAIC to start e-voting for OGM on June 19

Saudi Advanced Industries Co.’s (SAIC) shareholders will start on June 19, the electronic voting on the agenda of the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) scheduled for June 23, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders will vote on the board’s recommendation on paying a 2.5% cash dividend, or SAR 0.25 a share, totaling SAR 12.5 million for H2 2020.
