Al Rajhi Takaful reappoints Chairman, Vice Chairman

Al-Rajhi Company for Cooperative Insurance’s (Al Rajhi Takaful) board of directors approved the reappointment of Abdallah Sulaiman Al Rajhi as Chairman and Saud Abdullah Al Rajhi as Vice Chairman, according to a bourse filing.

 

The company obtained the approval of the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) on the appointment decision on July 2, the statement added.
