Alhokair Group rights trading, subscription period starts tomorrow

Abdulmohsen Alhokair Group for Tourism and Development (Alhokair Group) said subscription to new shares and the rights trading will start tomorrow, July 26.

 

Rights trading will end on Aug. 2, and subscription to the new shares will close on Aug. 5, the company said in a bourse statement today, July 25.

 

Alhokair shareholders approved increasing capital through SAR 307 million rights issue, to boost the company’s solvency and reduce borrowing rates, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on July 8, Argaam reported.
