National Fertilizer opens nomination for board membership

National Fertilizer Co. (NAFCO) opened nomination for board membership for the next three-year term, starting Oct. 8, according to a bourse filing.

 

Nomination applications can be submitted starting Aug. 9 until Sept. 8.

 

Election of board members for the new term will take place at the upcoming general assembly meeting, the date for which will be announced later after obtaining the necessary approvals from the relevant authorities.
