Jabal Omar Development Co. (Jabal Omar) reaffirmed its commitment to accelerating the implementation of projects through opening channels to enable real estate developers to participate in construction and development projects, the firm said in a statement.

The company's strategy is based on enhancing value and adopting a new operational model to complete the growth process and implement its ambitious plans and projects, Khalid Al-Amoudi, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), said in the statement.

The participation of major real estate developers is among the most important aspects, he noted.

Al-Amoudi added that the company was keen to add a number of programs and initiatives that would enhance its performance.

Allowing real estate developers to develop quality projects with the qualitative support of key developers has become urgent to build a practical path and inject new thinking into the implementation of business in the real estate market, the CEO added.

He stressed that such initiatives accelerate the completion of works that enable major real estate developers to acquire unique investment opportunities that enhance their expertise, gain customer confidence and put them at the forefront of projects.

Major developers should open new horizons for the participation of the private sector and experts in the implementation of projects, and strengthen the cooperation between private sector companies and investors on promising opportunities, reflecting the investment momentum of the real estate sector in Makkah, Al-Amoudi said.

On the company's current projects, he pointed out that the central area is considered one of the best areas of Makkah for real estate investment, due to its vital location next to the Holy Mosque, and the growing demand for housing next to it, which requires the implementation of many infrastructure projects.
