Bonyan REIT appoints new board member

Saudi Fransi Capital, the fund manager of Bonyan REIT Fund, announced appointing Hesham Abdulaziz Alzaid as an independent board member, effective Aug. 26, according to a bourse filing.

 

Post this appointment, the fund's board members are Shahjahan Qadeer Mirza (Chairman), Sulaiman Abdulrahman Saad Al-Rashed and Mohamed El Sayed Abdella Mohamed (non-independent members), and Faisal Muhammad Abdulrahman Al-Omran and Hisham Abdulaziz Alzaid (independent members).
