Amiantit board member resigns

Saudi Arabian Amiantit Co.’s board of directors accepted today, Oct. 18, the resignation of Khalil Abdul-Fattah Kurdi from his position as a non-executive board member, effective immediately.

The resignation was submitted citing personal reasons, the company said in a bourse filing.

Khalil will continue as a Chairman of the audit committee and a member of the executive committee.

The company will appoint a new board member, the statement said.
