Wafrah submits capital hike file to CMA

Wafrah for Industry and Development Co. submitted, on Dec. 1, a request for capital increase via a SAR 154.3 million rights issue to the Capital Market Authority (CMA).

 

Any updates in the matter will be announced in due course, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

In April, Wafrah’s board of directors recommended a capital hike from SAR 77.2 million to SAR 231.5 million via a SAR 154.3 million rights issue, Argaam reported.
