Naseej names new board member

Naseej International Trading Co.’s board of directors appointed Abdul Rahman bin Ibrahim Al-Hadlaq as a board member, according to a bourse filing.

 

Al-Hadlaq will replace resigned board member, Abdullah Al-Dubaikhi, the statement added.

 

Al-Hadlaq holds a master's degree in business administration and a bachelor's degree in accounting. He is also the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Sadr Logistics Services Co.

 

The appointment decision is subject to the approval of the first general meeting.
