Riyadh Cement opens board membership nominations today

Riyadh Cement Co. opened the nomination process for board of directors' membership for the upcoming three-year term, starting June 15, 2022, to June 14, 2025.

 

Nominations start today, Dec. 16, and end on Jan. 31, 2022, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The nominated members will be elected during the general assembly meeting – date for which will be announced after obtaining the necessary approvals from the competent authorities.
