Nayifat Finance appoints 2 new audit committee members

Nayifat Finance Co.'s board of directors approved the appointed of Abdullah Al Harbi and Khalid Al Bassam (independent) as audit committee members for the current session until Sept. 24, 2022, the company clarified in a bourse filing today, Jan. 13.

 

They will replace Muhammad Al Lawzi and Bandar Al Baiz.

 

Muhammad Al Hokal will remain Chairman of the committee.

 

The appointments will be finalized after the general assembly's approval.
