Jadwa REIT Al Haramain board appointment new board member

Jadwa Investment Co., the fund manager of Jadwa REIT Al Haramain Fund, approved the resignation of Waleed Saleh Al Numay, an independent board member, effective today, Jan. 20, according to a bourse filing.

 

The company appointed Nader Hassan Al Amri as an independent board member with immediate effect.

 

The fund's board members are thus as follows: Ghannam Suliman Al Ghannam (Chairman), Asad Khan (Member), Nouf Nasser Al Sharif (Member), Waleed Ahmed Addass (Independent Member) and Nader Hassan Al Amri (Independent member).
