Edaa implements securities quantity decrease for Etihad Atheeb

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) implemented securities quantity decrease for Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co. (GO) on the center’s accounts of eligible securities’ holders today, Jan. 26.

 

The telco’s shareholders approved the board’s recommendation on decreasing capital by 60.62% to SAR 89.99 million from SAR 228.53 million during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Jan. 23.

 

The two-day trading halt, placed on Jan. 24, will be lifted today.
