Saudi Parts Center publishes registration document for Nomu direct listing

Saudi Parts Center (SPC) issued the registration document for the direct listing of its shares on Nomu Parallel Market, the financial advisor said in a bourse filing.

 

In December 2021, the Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved the registration of SPC’s shares for direct listing on Nomu.
