MEDGULF says board member resigns

The Mediterranean and Gulf Cooperative Insurance and Reinsurance Co. (MEDGULF) announced the resignation of Suliman Alobaid (non-executive board member), on Feb. 6, from his position as a member of the board of directors for personal reasons.

 

The board accepted the resignation on the same day and extended sincere gratitude and appreciation to Suliman Alobaid for his valuable participation, the insurer said in a bourse filing.

 

Alobaid started his role in the company’s board on April 8, 2019, MEDGULF added.
