National Building board appoints Osama Bakhash as Ajeej CEO

National Building and Marketing Co.'s board of directors accepted today, March 15, the resignation of Fahad Al-Thanyan, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of wholly-owned subsidiary, Ajeej Steel Manufacturing Co., effective immediately, according to a bourse filing.

 

The resignation was submitted due to personal reasons.

 

The board appointed Osama Bakhash as the subsidiary's CEO, effective March 16, 2022.
