Gas Arabian Services shareholders to vote on 20% dividend for 2021 on April 11

Gas Arabian Services Co.'s shareholders will vote on the board of directors' recommendation on distributing 20% cash dividend, or SAR 2 per share, totaling SAR 31.60 million, for 2021, during the extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM), slated on April 11, according to a bourse filing.

 

E-voting will be available to shareholders via Tadawulaty from April 7, until the end of the EGM.
