Bahri awards JV’s implementation to Haif Trading

National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (Bahri) said the implementation of its joint venture (JV) project, National Grain Co., was awarded to Haif Trading and Contracting Co., today, March 23.

 

The project remains valued at its previously assessed cost of SAR 412.5 million ($110 million), and is likely to be delivered in H2 2023, according to a bourse filing.

 

In August 2021, Bahri signed an agreement to establish an equally owned JV with Saudi Agricultural and Livestock Investment Company (SALIC), at an estimated cost of SAR 412.5 million ($110 million), Argaam earlier reported.
