Emaar The Economic City (Emaar EC) shareholders will vote on audited financial statements, as well as board and audit reports for 2021, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) scheduled for June 9.
The company said in a bourse statement that shareholders will vote on appointing and determining the fees of an external auditor to review and audit financials of Q2, Q3, and Q4 2022, as well as Q1 2023.
They will also vote on paying SAR 2.9 million in remuneration for board members and discharging the board of directors from liabilities for 2021.
Other agenda items include voting on the contracts and transactions concluded between the company and National Security Services Co. and Lucid Co.
