Enma Alrawabi shareholders to elect board members on June 5

Enma Alrawabi Co.'s shareholders will vote on distributing cash dividends at SAR 0.50 per share, or 5% of stock par value, for FY 2021, during an ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM), scheduled for June 5, according to a bourse filing.

 

Entitlement to dividends will be to shareholders registered in the company’s shareholders register at the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) by the close of trading on the second trading day following the date of the OGM.

 

Shareholders will also vote on electing board members for the upcoming three-year term, ending on May 8, 2025.

 

They will also vote on appointing an audit to review financial statements for Q2 and FY 2022.

 

Furthermore, shareholders will approve the board and auditor's reports, and financial statements for FY 2021.
