MEFIC REIT to update terms, conditions

MEFIC REIT will update the terms and conditions, as of June 2, fund manager MEFIC Capital said in a statement to Tadawul today, May 19.

 

The amendments will include updating the qualified investors to subscribe in the fund, and a revision in the number of board members.
