The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) delisted the stock of Saudi Indian Company for Cooperative Insurance (Wafa Insurance) by the close of trading on May 25.

The move followed the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) decision, on May 24, to delist the insurance services provider’s shares.

Wafa Insurance stock has been suspended from trading since Nov. 12, 2018, due to non-compliance with regulatory measures of announcing financial results in specified periods.
