Lazurde to start e-voting on EGM agenda on May 28

Lazurde Company for Jewelry will start, on May 28, the electronic voting on the agenda items of its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) that will be held on May 31, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders will vote on the board's proposal to pay a cash dividend at 2.5%, or SAR 0.25 per share, for 2021, Argaam reported.
