AMAK shareholders to appoint auditor on June 26

Shareholders of Al Masane Al Kobra Mining Co. (AMAK) will vote on appointing an auditor and setting their fees, during an extraordinary general assembly meeting, to be held on June 26, according to a bourse filing.

 

The auditor will review financial statements for Q2, Q3, and Q4 2022, and Q1 2023. 
 

Shareholders will also authorize the board of directors to pay interim dividends on semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2022. 
 

Other agenda items include approving the board and auditor's reports and financial statements for 2021, and paying SAR 2.9 million as bonus to board members for the same fiscal year. They also include the vote on a number of transactions concluded by the company.
