BCI shareholders to vote on dividend freeze for 2021 on June 29

Basic Chemical Industries Co.’s (BCI) shareholders will vote on withholding dividends for 2021, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) to be held on June 29, the company announced in a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders will also vote on appointing and setting the fees of a new auditor, to audit Q2, Q3, Q4, 2022, and Q1 2023.
