AYYAN Investment shareholders elect board members for new term

AYYAN Investment Co.'s shareholders approved electing new board members for the three-year term starting on July 1, 2022, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) held on June 6, according to a bourse filing.

 

The elected board members are Faisal Al-Qahtani, Abdulaziz Al-Kassabi, Abdulaziz Al-Shaikh, Mohammed Al-Mansour, Ayham Al-Youssef, Waleed Al-Rumaih and Ahmed Al-Khayyal.

 

They also approved the audit committee formation, its duties and remuneration for the upcoming three-year term.

 

Waleed Al-Rumaih was appointed as the committee chairman, while Hani Abu Al-Naga, Imad Nashar and Rashid Al-Rashid were elected as members.
